Statement of Work

THIS STATEMENT OF WORK (“SOW”) is entered into by and between the submitter of this form  ("Client") and Invictus Systems LLC (“Service Provider”).

Acceptance

  • Delivery of Work. Provider shall deliver the services, deliverables, or work products described in this Statement of Work (“Deliverables”) in accordance with the timelines, specifications, and milestones set forth herein.
  • Automatic and Final Acceptance. Deliverables shall be deemed automatically accepted by Client upon delivery. Client may only reject a Deliverable for a material breach of the specifications expressly set forth in this Statement of Work, and any such rejection must be provided in writing within One (1) business day of delivery. Failure to provide timely written notice shall constitute irrevocable acceptance of the Deliverable.
  • Limitation on Rejection. Client may not withhold acceptance or delay payment for any reason other than a material breach. Minor defects, subjective concerns, stylistic preferences, or requests for enhancements shall not constitute valid grounds for rejection or delay of payment.
  • Correction of Material Breach. If Client timely identifies a material breach, Provider shall promptly correct the deficiency. Once corrected and delivered, the Deliverable shall be deemed finally and irrevocably accepted, and Client shall not raise any subsequent objections regarding the corrected Deliverable.
  • Payment Trigger. Acceptance, whether automatic or following correction of a material breach, constitutes the exclusive trigger for payment under this Statement of Work. No additional approvals, signatures, or documentation shall be required.
  • No Withholding Rights. Client expressly waives any right to withhold payment, offset, or delay invoicing except to the limited extent expressly provided herein.

Services

  • Install two WiFi Cameras on exterior of house. Cameras must be mounted on wood surfaces. Mounting on stone, brick or any other material may incur additional costs. Cameras must be mounted at less than fifteen feet from the ground. Cameras will be connected to Client's existing WiFi.
  • Install two solar panels. Solar panels must be mounted on wood surfaces. Mounting on stone, brick or any other material may incur additional costs. Solar Panels must be mounted at less than fifteen feet from the ground and have a clear view of the southern sky. Solar panels will be connected to outdoor cameras via an eleven foot long power cable. 
  • Install one WiFi doorbell camera. Doorbell camera may be battery operated, or powered by existing doorbell wiring. If using existing doorbell wiring, the doorbell chime and power output of the existing doorbell system must be sufficient to power doorbell camera. Doorbell may be mounted to wood or brick surfaces. Doorbell will be connected to Client's existing WiFi. 
  • Install one Smart Door Lock. Smart door lock must replace existing deadbolt lock. Existing deadbolt location must be the correct size and shape to facilitate the new Smart Door Lock. The Smart Door Lock will be joined to Client's existing WiFi. 
  • Install one Network Video Recorder (NVR). NVR may be placed near the existing WiFi router. WiFi cameras will be registered to NVR for video recording. 
  • Install three wireless, battery operated, contact sensors. Sensors may be installed upon doors or windows using the adhesive strips included with the contacts. 
  • Install one Smart Hub. Contact Sensors and Smart Door Lock will be registered to Smart Hub for alarms and Alerts. 
  • Configure iOS or Android mobile app for Client on one mobile device. One alert profile will be configured. 
  • There are myriads of obstacles and unforeseen complexities that may surface during an install. To accommodate for these complexities, up to two hours are allocated for this install. Any work that exceeds two hours will be billed in 30 minute increments at $200 per hour. 
  • Service coverage area is within 30 miles of the Latitude and Longitude provided below. Installs outside of this area will incur a trip charge of $1 per mile.
